As Washington's only hospital dedicated solely to medical rehabilitation, the National Rehabilitation Hospital welcomes international patients with a host of special services that are designed to make you feel comfortable and cared for.  Patients from more than 24 countries have sought rehabilitation care at NRH, where our excellent staff provides high-quality, culturally sensitive care in an attractive well-equipped setting.

Amenities include: interpreters, availability of semiprivate, private or multi-room suites, telecommunications services, assistance in working with payor sources and the ordering and shipping of needed medical equipment to the patient's home country.

NRH also provides education, training and consulting services to support international clients in the development of medical rehabilitation capacity in country.
