Q:  How do I go about getting a copy of my Medical Record?
 
A:  Medical Records are released only upon patient authorization. An authorization must include the patient's name, date of birth, Social Security number (if a U.S. citizen) and the following information:
  • Who or where to record is to be released to
  • Exactly what information is to be released, to include the dates of care received
  • Patient or guardian signature
  • Date of signature (Date of signature must occur after date of treatment or care received)

Q:  Where can I find directions to the Hospital or one of your Outpatient Centers?

Q:  What are NRH's visiting hours?
 
A:  Visiting hours are noon to 9 p.m. weekdays and 11a.m. to 9 p.m. weekends and holidays. Family members may obtain special visitor passes during other hours under certain circumstances such as when receiving caregiver training.


Q:  Are overnight accomodations available?
 
A:  To arrange hotel accomodations, or other lodging for family or friends, call either Washington Accomodations at 202.289.2220, or Guest Accomodations, located on campus at 202.877.2300.
