The MedStar NRH Clinical Mentorship Program is designed to enable clinicians who enter MedStar National Rehabilitation Network to take positive steps forward in their clinical expertise. Through this program, clinicians succeed comfortably, grow dynamically and share knowledge enthusiastically. The result is a cadre of dedicated clinicians who are able to provide exceptional care throughout MedStar NRH's network of acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.

The program comes to life through a variety of clinical enrichment and training opportunities. Some of these include:

• Assignment to a senior level clinical mentor within your profession
• Traditional continuing education courses
• Extensive number of CME courses sponsored by MedStar Health and MedStar NRH
• Internal study groups and journal clubs
• Physician lectures and case discussions
• Physician shadowing
• Physician/Therapist/Nurse directed symposiums in larger specialty program areas
• Access to research opportunities
