Provides Occupational therapy services for Regional Rehab outpatient/clients to include but not limited to screening and evaluation, treatment planning, treatment re-assessment and revision, patient/client re-evaluation, discharge planning and documentation. Participates as requested in program planning, protocol development in outcomes research review. Entry-level degree in Occupational Therapy. New grads welcome to apply. Ability to work with a diverse population.
