The Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting and maintaining office operations and providing administrative support to the outpatient clinic and providing ancillary support to the Administrative Operations Manager, Clinic Director and Clinic Managers. The Office coordinator is responsible for efficient and accurate intake, benefit verification, pre-registration, registration, and scheduling of patients referred to the network. Responsibilities also include: collection of co-payments, change entry reconciliations, preparing bank deposits and cash receipt logs, medical record activities and case management tasks. BS in related field or past healthcare administrative experience. Skills required include strong customer service skills, Medical Manager, insurance verification and medical office management.
