Responsible for the management and oversight of administrative operations functions, hiring, training, disciplining and staffing coverage for the Regional Rehab Outpatient sites assigned. The manager will work closely with the AVP to monitor and establish policies, procedures, and control functions, feedback and training mechanisms across the Network to promote consistent, effective and efficient administrative operations at all Outpatient Network sites. Manager will also work and hold regular meetings with the Clinic Directors to ensure good communication and to address any issues that may be impacting the clinic’s ability to generate and collect revenue, and to ensure optimum staff performance, support patient schedule, registration, charge processing and other administrative and office support functions for the outpatient facilities assigned. Must be willing to travel within the regional area of responsibility. AA degree a must, BS preferred. Experienced in practice management, billing and collections.
