Plans, coordinates and directs quality data management throughout the network and MedStar. Serves as a facilitator for PI projects and implementation of related educational programs. Assists in coordinating and organizing regulatory survey process. Manages and coordinates NRH Network Patient Satisfaction Measures, NRH Network unusual occurrences/ incidents, and Program, Board and Team Member dashboards and pertinent surveys. Masters Degree in an area related to healthcare quality and data management preferred or BA in a health science area and 3 years of related experience and/or training. Nursing or informatics background preferred. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred. Must obtain certification within two years of hire date.
