MedStar NRH has a skilled team of care coordinators who will assist you from the time of your admission. They will provide patient and family support throughout your stay at MedStar NRH and will help plan your discharge and follow-up care. They will also work with your insurance company to arrange continued therapy after your discharge, either at home or in an outpatient setting.
