A DC Cop's Rehabilitation at NRH

Washington, DC police office Richard Carter made a comeback after a nearly devastating accident. Carter was hit head-on while escorting the British Prime Minister. He is now doing his physical rehabilitation in NRH's outpatient program.

This story recently aired on WRC-TV News4 and features extensive footage of our own Independence Square, a unique, expansive therapy space where patients and their families test their daily living skills.
