James Cromwell serves as counsel to the law firm of Miles & Stockbridge in Washington, D.C., and is the former Deputy State’s Attorney for the state of Maryland.
Mr. Cromwell is Chairman of the Maryland Appellate Judicial Nominating Commission and the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland, President of the Bar Association of Montgomery County, a member of the American Law Institute, a member of the American Bar Foundation, and lecturer at the University of Maryland. He also is Chairman of the Board of Governors at St. Alban's School in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Cromwell received both his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Virginia.
